Citizen Request Processing ( E-Recording & Record Requests)

Dear Citizens:

In order to improve our services to citizens we are launching this online Recording system. You can access our services from any internet connection. Attached links provide various capabilities. You can record your Documents electronically. You can also request officially recorded copies. For all of your requests please use the Fee Schedule to pay the appropriate amount.  We will process your request and notify you. Using your Transaction ID you can call us, or click on the Track Status Request button to find out the status of your request.  Our Goal is to provide you with a service that is most convenient and fast. You can also visit the office if you want to talk to someone in person. If you do frequent recording you can choose to prepay and we can deduct the fees to make it convenient for you.
